Vaanimi Luxury Perfume is a brand owned and operated by KM9 Enterprise, a registered business based in Guwahati, Assam, India. Which manages all sales, payments, and refunds.
Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.
Eligible cases for replacement or refund
We only offer replacement or refund in the following situations:

The product was damaged or leaked during transit
To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging must be shared

The product must be unused and in original packaging
Refund processing

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
